This is where you tell me your wellness goals!
We go through things like sleep cycles, dietary intake, stress levels, personal and family medical history, and what you do for work to get a clear picture of what you are all about so I can create the perfect custom plan tailored to your exact lifestyle and nutritional needs. -
Using a Nutritional Profile Systems Assessment we will be able to clearly review which body systems need support.
From here I provide you with a clear list of what needs to be addressed or altered in your life to support reaching your goals while addressing your flagged body systems. -
Here’s where it gets fun!
I provide you with a custom-made nutritional, and lifestyle plan plus supplement suggestions that are all created to help you achieve your goal!
I take into consideration your work schedule, home life, activities, hobbies and more to make sure your custom plan will seamlessly fit into your daily life. -
Once you have all your plans, resources and worksheets it’s your turn to put in the work. But don’t worry. I’ll be there right with you at every step providing encouragement, support and additional education whenever you need them.
With weekly accountability touchbases plus unlimited email access to ask any questions, I promise you will never feel alone. It’s you and me in this together.
